Hi! I am an avid Warhammer Quest player, and I try to play it whenever and with whoever I possibly can. And when I get the opportunity to, it's always a lot of fun. But one thing that has been bugging me... is the fact that no one takes the Barbarian class. The class itself is not bad, and the model (and my paintjob) are great as far as I'm concerned, but still he will not be played. So...it's time to change tactics. I have decided for the 'sex sells' approach (more for a laugh than anything else) and have found some suitable Reaper replacements:


I would like to know how they appear placed next to a Games Workshop model before I buy them. I'm told they are similar, but that won't cut it for me. Height and body proportions is really what I'm after. Their Warlord line is very close to GW, I have a few of their TK and Dwarf figures mixed in with my GW regiments and they look right at home there.
The Dark Haven line is a mixed bag, you almost have to see the figures in person to be able to tell.

I suppose so. Honestly, for a board game, they aren't terribly far apart in scale.

If height is your concern, I know Dark Sword minis tend to be a bit taller, ~32mm scale. BTW: Warhammer Quest was released in 1995. The barbarian is mounted on the larger fantasy base, there is at least one size smaller than it.
