And the strategy is basically leap frog. You move the pulse carbine squad forward 6” and then the left pulse rifle squad forward 6” as well. Then in the shooting phase you fire the squad of Fire Warriors on the right who didn’t move (full 30”) and if the front pulse carbine squad in range of any enemies fire them as well. Then you repeat the process but with the right squad. So you move the pulse carbine squad forward 6” and then the right pulse rifle squad forward 6” as well. Then in the shooting phase you fire the left squad who haven’t moved and the pulse carbines if there in range. So the Carbine squad will slowly progress further forward.<br /> <br /> 2.The second part the my game strategy is to use the Crisis Team (Elites) and use the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(278);'>JSJ</span> (Jump Shoot Jump) method, ducking in out of cover and clear line of sight. This squad is meant to target and aspect warriors with 4+ saves or worse (dire avengers, howling banshees, fire dragons, swooping hawks, rangers and guardians)<br /> <br /> 3.The Shas’O without the bodyguard will join the other Shas’O with the bodyguard. The will operate as a 4 man Crisis Command Team. The Missile Pods, Cyclic Ion Blaster are for aspect warriors (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> 4), the burst cannons are strength 5, so they wound majority or Eldar units on 2+ and the kill guardians outright. The plasma rifles are for any exarches that lose their squad and aren’t dying from Missile Pods, as well for 2+ save units.<br /> <br /> 4.And lastly the Broadsides, they are deployed in cover, far back as possible, with best line of sight possible. And they are to take out any transports/tanks, the Avatar, wraithguard and wraithlords. After all priority targets have been destroyed, just kill infantry.<br /> <br /> Ok so tell me what you think, to over powered/under powered, not mobile enough, if my strategies are flawed. I'm open to constuctive criticism <img src="/s/i/a/c944477abc92c1c101da485e07ff06d8.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> The Eldar player i versus generally uses aspect warriors (dire avengers, howling banshees, fire dragons, rangers and sometimes swooping hawks and guardians). He doesn't really use transports and tanks. but he likes using the Avatar with 10 wraithguard.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ yeah I understand not wanting to buy more :( but if you can put a hammer head in, i think you should. that rail gun is awesome. its blast shot is AP4 if i remember correctly. dont bother with sniper drones i think.<br /> <br /> make sure you have disruption pods on the hammerhead (over 12" away gets a 4+ cover save. really makes it worthwhile.]]></description>

From re-thinking all the upgrades and such i dropped a few points. i made one of each of the Shas'O weapon systems twin-linked, and got rid of the shield generator. i dropped all but 1 marker drone. added a Ion Head for 140 points, with 2 seeker missiles.<br /> <br /> If your wondering why i didn't degrade to a Shas'<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(555);'>el</span>, its simple. The Shas'O is way better, on the Shas'<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(555);'>el</span> you pay 10 points for a targeting array to get <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 5, the Shas'O already has <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 5, and so essentialy for 15 more points you get weapon skill 4, an extra wound, extra attack and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>Ld</span> 10. and agaist eldar, that extra wound could mean life and death for you commander, cause eldar mind war can inflict up to like 6 wounds or something without saves allowed, so more wounds ypu got, better chance of survival.]]></description>

Most eldar players won't have Mind War, unless they have Eldrad.<br /> <br /> The WS4, extra wound and LD10 are (relatively) pointless. He's more likely to die from a Lance or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(461);'>EML</span> hit, which will be Instant Death, so that wound you paid for is useless. The only usefull gain is LD10 and not worth the 15, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(71);'>IMHO</span>.<br /> <br /> Shas'Os gobble up points and are symptoms of 'pushed lists'. Only gains access to Special Wargear, which you aren't using. It splits your fire power, making it more efficient.<br /> 2. It makes it harder for the enemy to catch you in h2h as you have *Many* Small Units (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(308);'>MSUs</span>) running around instead of a couple big ones.<br /> 3. It makes the enemy have to split his fire into smaller pieces, making it less effective.<br /> 4. It eliminates the need for Bonding Knives, as the survivor of paired suits is still 50% unit strength and can rally. You're saving points.<br /> 5. And a 'vre has no advantage over a regular suit.
