This is a pack of conversion parts. You need four plastic gun drones to convert.

Tau players usually have heaps of gun drones because you get a pair with every Fire Warrior and Crisis suit kit, most of which probably aren't used.

You can't make a shield drone squad.

You can attach shield drones to Fire Warrior and Battlesuit units.
