CCS can be kept lean - don't get the carapace asthey should be in their chimera. Use HF on the chimera, don't take it in the squad. Medic also not worth it. Drop the extra goodies as well on the chimera and that should help towards a transport for the vets.

It's a tempting thing to do, but you never get a good enough return on your investment. I'm also not sold on Demolitions, as the demo charge is a serious risk to your own guys.

Now, someone's going to leap in here and say 'don't combine heavy flamers with melta guns.' Personally, I find the versatility of such squads to be very, very handy, but that's all going to be a matter of taste.
