I agree the flinger is not the best buy on the spider. He's most likely running or in combat, and even hitting with the flinger isn't THAT helpful, as you're not wiping a full unit in 1 turn

I don't believe the goblin bosses have any use other than to give up free points. If you're using them to jump out of a unit and be a redirector, then MAYBE, but they still just give up points. Your warboss could use stubborn crown. It gives you a lot of great flexibility.

I also don't thin you need a goblin level 4 in addition to the orc. The orc should be 6 dicing foot. I'd drop him to a lvl 2 night goblin. You still get the channel staff and some of the useful spells, and you can use the extra points to fund doom divers.
