				<title>Long fang loadout</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hey guys quick question regarding your experience long fang potential loadouts.<br /> I am running this army for fun mostly, but if I have to for a tourney turn it into a competitive list. How would people feel about a long fang squad using 2-3 plasma cannons and 2-3 missles, split fire. missles at light tanks, plasmas at heavy infantry/terminators. Due to armies with huge amounts of termies they would be great for making them take saves. Also, they could hurt rhinos/chimeras along with the missles if no infantry are to be shot at. Opinions? <br /> Or other ways to run long fangs BESIDES mass missles.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(269);'>id</span> go for (if youve only got one squad) 2 plasmas and 3 missiles or however many big guns long fangs can have. the 3 missiles will be enough to take out most tanks with AV12 and below. anything with AV13+ migh be an issue as you'd only be penetrating on a 6+. <br /> <br /> The plasma cannons are for terminators and if your lucky and dont scvatter you can get 5 in one blast and considering  they only get a 5+ invun most of them should die]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ jariksolo, that is a good point, although, even if i do lose the squad leader, with 3 plasma and 2 missle, they can target <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 10-13 and any infantry in the game and deal damage. Even if not splitting fire, they can hurt almost any target in the game, from hordes to predators. For <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>Av</span> 14 i am going to have wolf lords and thunderwolves with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(224);'>TH</span>'s.<br /> Ridealgh I do agree with you, but I kinda like having 3 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(166);'>plas</span>...they can lay down alot of damage on infantry, but maybe ill do 1 with 3 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(166);'>plas</span> 2 missle, and 1 with 3 missle 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(166);'>plas</span>...Any other feedback..think heavy bolters or lascannons should be thrown in?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Heavy bolters dont do too much and las cannons are very expensive I'd rather by the fangs a t-l lascannon razorback for the mobleity cover and extra roll to hit.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ In general, 4-5 missiles is best (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span>). If you really want to, take 1-2 lascannons. I don't like taking plasma, as it costs a lot, but it's not bad, really. Just not usually needed. <br /> <br /> Missiles hurt tanks, kill marines, and can do OK vs hordes. <br /> <br /> I usually start putting wounds on the Sarg as soon as i can, since i don't want to lose missiles, so i don't really have any experience having them be sniped. If someone wants to waste a vindicare shot on my long fang Sarg (instead of like, auto-killing a tank), that's OK with me.  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I played against 2x5 Long Fangs with 3 Missiles each and 2 Plasma Cannons at Wargamescon. Had my opponent taken 5 Missiles, I believe I could have won that game. I was running GKTs. Food for thought. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ My regular opponant hates my Long fangs, due to the fact that I regularly run them with either the 3PC/2ML, or 3PC/2LC setup. He runs necrons and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(305);'>GK</span>. I also run them with a las/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(166);'>plas</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(112);'>RB</span>. It runs as a screen/mobile support platform. I like the fact that I can throw several small blasts that ignore armor at him <img src="/s/i/a/6d3c0a908a3861135dfaebde91c0ecf6.gif" border="0"><br /> But I also have been putting a Wolf guard in the squad, usually in terminator armor with a cyclone missle launcher. great for throwing an extra wound on him, and the 2+/5++ can be bloody usefull]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Don't play wolves, but I played a guy who ran <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span> and attached the guy who can make them relentless (don't know his name it was awhile ago) but it was a pretty neat trick as he was able to roll them up in a rhino drop them centrally into cover so I couldn't flank them with my Raiders, and shoot at me as well.<br /> Just a thought to throw out here.]]></description>

This is Madness! The only suit of terminator sleek enough to fit in a rhino is the armour of antichulous (More like Armour of Ridiculous...)<br /> <br /> You got played, buddy.
