				<title>Text Program Based Strategy Game Discussion</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I had a revelation today. Vassal, though advanced, seems to be more like an engine, as opposed to models and rules.<br /> <br /> This gave me an idea for a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(345);'>rpg</span> in which you simply control an army of "models" which would be represented by Microsoft Word or Openoffice shapes.<br /> <br /> I would be prepared to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(524);'>GM</span> this thing but would anyone join?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I used to know how to make a program that simulates basic warhammer <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> games without graphics. It didn't have armor values so it all ran off infantry and monstrous creatures. <br /> <br /> It was massively complicated, but it did work.<br /> <br /> You input a movement order for each of your units, and it gives your units position like in battleships (e5 f6 etc)<br /> <br /> You input a shooting order for each of your units, they shoot (if in range) and enemy units take armour saves.<br /> <br /> Assault was more complicated and buggy, but I'm sure I can polish it off easily.<br /> <br />  Im sure if I have a look around I can find it if you want. ]]></description>
