You'll need to stand them up, usually with a wedge of plasticard in the join between the torso and legs. Throw a big ball of GS to smooth that out and make the belly. You'll also need to source the horn and CCW from somewhere, but if you've got the mind for it, they're easy to scratchbuild. I have to say, I hadn't thought to use Ungors before, and that may be easier. Hope this helps.
