<![CDATA[Latest posts for the thread "New to 40k, Hows it goin?"]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/65.page JForum - http://www.jforum.net New to 40k, Hows it goin? 40k (I love putting things together, sometimes augmenting them into something different than what they were intended to be). Sadly, due to my lack of funds at the time, it was not possible to do so. As a graduate student I am fairly busy, but I needed a new hobby to blow off steam. 40k seemed like a good idea, a great alternative to MMOs, and while I may not have time to play a full game I find that painting models helps me unwind.

Right now I am working on 3 armies: Blood Angels, Black Templar, and Night Lords (might end up something else). I also am doing some Dreadknight conversions (this particular model is very versatile). Might start a blog as well, so I keep up with the painting.
