GW cases and the super expensive battle foam cases, so I custom-ordered a big batch of laser cut foam trays that hold 50 models each. I sized them to fit some readily available cardboard boxes with flaps that tuck in to lock the lid down. A small box holds 200 models, a big one holds like 300 I think. All told I'd probably sell them for $25 and $35 respectively, including spray painting the boxes black and adding custom army markings.

I keep meaning to start a thread or something on here to sell the extras so I can at least break even, but I've never gotten around to it. I kinda like the metal toolbox idea though.
