I'd think about leaving the Doomfists on the Dreads, instead of going for double autocannons.

I know that running double autocannons is the kewl thing to do, but if you want the dreadnoughts to ride around in the Stormravens, it might be a good idea if they could pack some punch in close combat.

It would also give you a good close combat unit that can tangle with the stuff your terminatos wouldn't want to, like assault units full of power weapons, and anything with a massive number of S<6 attacks. Arco-Flagelants and Deathcult Assasins from the same Codex spring to mind.

I think, as usual, that your Terminators are too vulnerable and would be better off as Strike Squads. More shooting, more attacks, same durability.

But you do seem to like your Terminators, and they are slightly cheaper money wise than Strike Squads. I might consider ditching one Stormraven and one Dreadnought in order to upgrade the units in Stormravens to Purifiers with Halberds, then take a pair of Strike Squads in Rhinos which should be doable at 1,850, but that's just me. I like my Purifiers.

Run all the terminators squads with 4 halberds and one hammer. I'd want some warding staves in there but I can't see how you'd free the points up. But if all your terminators bar the hammers are striking at I6, you probably don't need Quicksilver (though it's fair to say it's handy against a few nasty characters.

I honestly don't think that 15 terminattors are durable enough to do as troops -- and lacking a GM, you can't make anything else scoring. Basically in combat terminators die twice as fast as paladins and lose killing power even faster -- I think a stave is de rigeur on almost any paladin sqiad so that goes double for terminators.

Consider:

Librarian
Might of Titan, Shrouding, Sanctuary, Warp Rift, Stave -205

Grey Knight Terminators 5x
Justicar w/ Daemonhammer, Incinerator, 3x Halberd, Stave -225

Grey Knight Terminators 5x
Justicar w/Daemonhammer, Psycannon, 3x Halberd, Stave -245

Grey Knight Terminators 5x
Justicar w/Daemonhammer, Psycannon, 3x Halberd, Stave -245

Stormraven Gunship
Twin Linked Multi-Melta, Twin Linked Assault Cannons, Psybolts -225

Stormraven Gunship
Twin Linked Multi-Melta, Twin Linked Plasma Cannons -205

Stormraven Gunship
Twin Linked Multi-Melta, Twin Linked Assault Cannons, Psybolts -225

Dreadnought
Assault Cannon, Psybolts, Heavy Flamer, Psyflame -145

Dreadnought
Assault Cannon, Psybolts -130

Using the Dreadnoughts as close support where they will tend to draw fire and can tarpit enemy units who might otherwise threaten your terminators.

I can somewhat live with those changes but a few questions on 1 or 2 things:

1) A single Twin Linked Plasma Cannon seems out of place with the overall feel of the force, do you think it will help in a large way?

2) Psybolt Ammo seems rather pricey to add on for the Storm Ravens, wouldn't those points be better suited for the Heavy Flamer/Psyflame ammo on the Last Dreadnought and the other points go towards a Psycannon on the first unit of Terminators?

I always ran assault cannon until I tried plasma on a whim and I actually prefer it now (I tend to run 2 ravens at 2000 pts or a raven and a raider). They're good anti-heavy infantry being AP2 and that's something GK sometimes struggle with a bit.

You could certainly swap the psybolts as you suggest.
I find I sometimes want to whittle a power armour squad a bit before assaulting (or more usually multi-assaulting it and something else to try and make sure a model or two survive so we remain locked and can't be fired on) and assault cannon are a wee bit more hit and miss with that because they don't deny armour saves except on a rend. Then again, they tend to do one or two more hits and are better against vehicles, so...

It is nice to see a GK army that is not abusing Dreadknights. The only thing I would say is that with only 3 troops you don’t have much to hold objectives. You might want to think about dropping one Storm Raven and one dread and adding another squad of terminators, then you can use the rest of the points for some upgrades.

I'm not so sure about that. The worst-case scenario is 5 objectives. you need to hold 2 and contest 2 to get a win (or hold one, contest 4, etc). Three troops should be sufficient so long as you have 2 other units alive and suitably placed at game's end.
Terminators, in my view, are a second tier troop choice for GK. paladins or Purifiers are better, but need special characters to unlock. lacking them, we are flung back on terminators, who are somewhat brittle but if they get stuck into assault should survive fairly well given warding stave and halberds.
I'd say this list needs the mobility (and underrated hitting power) of the three ravens, which are ideal contesting units, being able to flat out 24".
