				<description><![CDATA[ For fluff, I can't tell you.<br /> For pure strategy, sadly it isn't.<br /> <br /> Some issues:<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> Marines need rhinos/razors/drop pods. They need transport. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squads should be fun bland in this list, with flamer/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> or melta-gun/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>.<br /> <br /> Assault squads are not considered competitive, and that 230 point sink could be better used eslewhere.<br /> Vanguard are one of the worst units in our codex. As such, you should drop them. Remove the Assault squad/Vanguard squad and instead take 5 termies w/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(224);'>TH</span>/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(221);'>SS</span> and a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span> (C/R).<br /> <br /> Anyway, sorry to say this, but your list is not that good. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squads are too expensive and have no transport (rhino + <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ml</span>/flamer squad = 205).<br /> The Chapter Master is way too expensive. Make him a captan, give him relic blade/artificer armor (145 points) and lose that 70 points sink.<br /> <br /> Sorry to sound harsh, but this list is very weak.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Before you get disheartened:<br /> <br /> You're list obviously has some well thought out fluff, and that's important. If you'll have fun with it, then it's a good list.<br /> <br /> But it's not competitive, and you will lose almost every game you play with it, especially if facing competitive players.<br /> <br /> Some rules of thumb:<br /> 1) <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squads need transport of some kind<br /> 2) You're <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> is waaaaaay to expensive. Captain, artificer, relic blade. That's 145 points. No higher than that.<br /> 3) Assault squads ain't that competitive.<br /> 4) Vanguard Squads are like a diseased prostitute. Avoid them at all costs for competitive armies.<br /> <br /> <br /> Also, an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span>/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span> sponsoon pred might suit you better. And keep those <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads flamer/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span>, melta-gun/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Hey Hey<br /> well, I say its pretty fine and only need a some tweaks...That is if you plan not to play competativly.  This list will get bashed up by people on the forum for two reason, the vanguard and the chapter master even if your NOT playing competativly.  People hate them for whatever reason and will tell you to change them.<br /> Well they hate them for good reason, it is a point sink but i say go for it, it is very fun flying around killing everything.<br /> <br /> Any way.  To make this list "good" you have to give Tacticals rhinos and drop the Lascannon and Plasma on the First tactical to something else.   Oh and the Combat Shield on the assault squad aint that good.  To find room for those Rhinos, drop the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> Las on the Predator, and drop the combi flamers on master and tact (you already have a flamer)  and if you wish, the storm bolter on the vindicator.  See what you can do to get those transports in, That is the defining factor of "good"]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I used to play space marines and I currently play chaos marines for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> and I must say chapter masters are rubbish they are so easy to killl ive had a champion kill one first off remove the relic blade off any <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>hq</span> you take a str6 power weapon aint as good as it seems same with digital weapons its all well and good but your stopping yourself from getting the extra attack with the two handed weapon and the digital weapons only provide one re roll drop the combi flamer and just take a normal bolter with hell fire rounds because the hell fire rounds allows your bolt gun to wound on a 2+ against anything no matter the toughness (My Chaos Khorne Lord on bike hates this alot) and if your going to give him artificer you might as well just give him terminator armour which is just as good plus it allows you to deep strike <img src="/s/i/a/c944477abc92c1c101da485e07ff06d8.gif" border="0"> hope this helps]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Disagree on the terminator armor, personally, if you want to be able to make sweeping advances, or take less space on transports.  <br /> <br /> As far as Chapter Masters/Captains, I don't think they're rubbish:  I once had an opponent make 12 consecutive invuln 4+ rolls over 3 assault phases and kill my Warboss.  <br /> <br /> The odds are unlikely, but they do have some staying power.]]></description>
