3. what supplies besides are needed to make conversions (besides a knife, according bits, and possibly some green stuff if needed)

The inquisition has a truly diverse range of worlds they recruit from, and each inquisitor has his prefferences.

I think that these could make for a great conversion challenge and allow creativity to shine... I don't want to convert 40k mini's into crusaders because they don't LOOK 40k in armor, they just look like they have feudal armor on with a storm shield to block shots, converting a normal weapon to a power weapon is simple enough,

The single pose works fine (to some degree) in a fantasy regiment, but translates poorly the skirmish formation used in 40K.

Pay attention to how the arms are sculpted - the upper arm is attached to the body with only the elbow down being free for posing. I've seen many (poor) conversions where a bolter is just poking out from the torso because of this.
