Keep him bare until the rest of your list pans out or maybe take a Libby. Libbys are awesome. Also I'd drop the razorback for a rhino, perhaps go with a ML/flamer combo for your tacs and give them a rhino. Your second troop choice could simply be 5 scouts with sniper rifles and camo cloaks. I don't have the dex in front of me so once I get off work I'll take another look.
