				<title>Sleep deprevation question.</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ On average I sleep between 8 to 10 hours a night, which from what I gather is just about right<br /> For someone my age. I'm 17. Now my question is this: If I wake up at 2 in the afternoon<br /> And stay awake till  between 2 and 4 the next morning is 8 to 10 hours sleep enough?<br /> <br /> I can't find anything on the Internet that states how long you should sleep based on how long you are awake. All help welcome.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ That's my general sleeping pattern, but it'd be 12-10 hours, unless you spend 2 hours in a void during midday and 2pm <img src="/s/i/a/39ea8e0dbfb45dcc6b802cd0e198dba3.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> I'd say it's fine for the average teenager, seeing as though it'd be about 12 hours awake and 12 hours asleep.<br /> <br /> Though in my currently sleep deprived state, I could have completely misread your post.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I dunno<br /> My sleeping patterns seem to be in synch with Avatar's.<br /> I just don't know anymore what is what.<br /> Am considering trying to stay awake through 'til tonight.<br /> But when I have done that I still don't sleep until 5:0am.<br /> Am not likely to stay awake anyway<br /> <br /> Basically I think if you are healthy not doing drugs etc your body will tell you when to rise and when to sleep.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[  12 hours of sleep in one day?...Hmm, that's about what I average in three days..<br />  Even on weekends I can't stay asleep longer than 6 hours..<br />  But I would say Chibbi is correct...your body will wake you up when it's ready ti be up...unless an alarm clock does it first.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ When I was winding up the first chunk of research for my dissertation I not only got around 4 hours of sleep every 24 (finals were at the same time, so I had to teach and grade as well), but the 4 hours weren't consistent.  Sometimes I would be up for 36-48 hours before sleeping, and sometimes I would be going to sleep at noon, while other time it would be at 1 a.m.<br /> <br /> My work was a day late because I seriously had no idea what the date was.  For a while I even thought it was still March even though it was May.]]></description>

				<title>Sleep deprevation question.</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Sleep tends to be very individual as I've discovered with my friends. I'm a night owl - I'll stay up till the wee hours of the morning and still get up the next morning. I probably average between 6-7 hours of sleep a night (typically asleep by 2:30 or 3, awake by 9:30). My friends are shocked at this amount, since I'm never actually tired during the day - I get on just peachy with 6 or 7 hours.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I generally sleep 7-8 hours.<br /> <br /> I find I need less sleep if I stick to a regular sleeping pattern that involves sleeping when it is dark and being awake when it is light.<br /> <br /> Another cool perk of getting older is that you need less sleep as you age. 5 years ago as a teenager, I needed 9 hours minimum or I was a cranky zombie.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ As said its all individual. I tend to sleep more when I'm exhausted, not necessarily just per how long I've been up. For me the amount of sleep I need on a daily basis varies from eight hours up to twelve. If I did something particularly strenuous or got sunburnt I've been known to sleep up to sixteen to eighteen hours straight. ]]></description>
