I think Reavers are a solid choice for anti-vehicle...mathhammer says 13.5 Dark Lances to kill AV12+; but just over 5 Heat Lances...and they're fun.

See, the point was to get away from the "standard" gunline-esque DE army and do something different and fun. With some input from others, I've ended up with this quarky fun list that I've even had a little bit of success with!

As for the Wracks, the whole point is to steal their pain-point, getting 2 Pain on the Hellions on turn 1...S5 I7 is pretty spiffy! Plus they're a dirt-cheap scoring unit in a Venom.
