So for around 2k points you could take a Marshall in terminator armor with a terminator command squad with 2 cyclones and tank hunters, 1 Chappy with the same, 3 sword brethren terminator squads with 2 cyclones and tank hunters, and then 2-3 crusader squads in rhinos depending on how you kit them out.

You won't have enough points for more than one rhino, and you won't have any points for wargear for the HQs other than termie armour. I'd drop one command squad and one of the normal squads, giving you loads of points left over.
