And they were also in an army book that was most certaintly the worst at the time.

There was a very good reason not to upgrade to Bull Rhinox. A bull Rhinox got +1 to S and became a large target. The model was already S5 not really worth being picked out as a large target for S6. Also according to the article regular rhinox could be put on a 50mm base, but bulls had to go on chariot bases.
