I think it is going to depend on what playstyle you want, if you want a crazy army where you can shout random things in a game and no one will think you are wierd, then orks, if you like WWI era looking tanks and the imperium then IG, if you like hedonistic kinky elves then Dark eldar. All of them are very cool.
