I decided to keep the cloaks kinda short since it was my first go at doing full greenstuff cloaks and I was a bit low on greenstuff. The capes weren't too much work, just make a flat bunch of GS and pinch the corners a bit, drape it over and shape it a bit. I do most of the rough edges after it dries and just cut into the cape with an xacto blade.

Edit: Here's my mantles in their current state, some need some touch up but overall they're along where they need to be.
