I was personally thinking about taking a chunk of polystyrene foam (the pink or blue stuff you can find at hardware stores in the U.S. anyhow) and just cutting and shaping it. then using a shaping tool i'd indent some runes and then paint it. BUT, i havent really spent any time on that idea yet.
