				<title>CCG Armory Problems</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Over the past month I've had a problem with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(200);'>CCG</span> Armory and I am curious if anyone else has had problems as of late.<br /> <br /> The basic issue is that I had ordered a few Battle Foam trays and two Pack Plus from them.  They didn't have the foam trays and I said I would gladly wait until they were in stock and didn't want a refund.  It was over two weeks and I didn't hear anything, so I sent an email to them and they replied with shipping information.<br /> <br /> When the package arrived, only one Pack Plus was in the box.  The invoice listed two, but only one was packaged and the box they shipped it in was clearly not big enough for two of them.  I quickly emailed them stating they had not shipped the item ($50 item).  I heard nothing back.  I've since emailed them a couple more times and left a long distance phone message.  I have not heard a word from them.  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Same thing happened with me. <br /> <br /> Placed an order, heard nothing. 2 emails later, and they reply with a shipping notice fully 1 week after I ordered. They ship only part of my order, even though everything was listed as in stock at the time of order. They also packed it poorly, and sent it some kind of cheap ghetto UPS that took a week to get here. When it arrived, the box was crushed, and so were the boxes inside. Thankfully no damage occurred to the items, it was just cosmetic damage to their packaging.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(200);'>CCG</span> Armory is a borderline scam company and this seems to be par for the course for them, after having googled them and read threads elsewhere.<br /> <br /> At any rate, I don't know what they are going to do with the other stuff I ordered. Their email invoice only charged me for what they shipped, and said it completed the order. But the packed invoice mentioned backorder. Well, I don't want the other stuff, I already got it elsewhere. I kind of worry this place will phantom charge my account. Of course I can dispute it, but who wants to deal with that...<br /> <br /> Only upside is that I got my (squished) Orc army box. 				<description><![CDATA[ Oddly enough, I was contacted via email yesterday.  They were greatly affected by the flooding here in the Northeast (I can sympathize as I had to deal with a good amount of property damage due to flood) and are just now getting back up to speed.  I should be receiving my Pack Plus in a week or so.<br /> <br /> I have dealt with them in the past and they have typically provided good service.  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ That's what I was gonna say.  On their website they mentions that they were affected by the hurricane conditions and it would put back shipping times.  I assume that the weather caused problems with incoming stock as well as outgoing stock.<br /> <br /> As for the communication.  I ordered a box of Heroclix that were stated on the site as preordered.  I sent in a questioning email.  They responded to me in less than an hour explaining the situation.  I checked <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(200);'>CCG</span> Armory's profile on the Google's Seller Rating before I considered buying with them - they've got 4.5 stars out of 468 reviews.  That was enough to make me comfortable with them as a seller.<br /> <br /> If contacting them by email isn't working for you, you could always go the phone route.]]></description>
