The first is that I love the blue!. I think that the highlights should be a bit more curved on the wings to try an add further shape and effect for the wings. I like the green but agree with depraved that a further highlight is needed, even if it's only to match the depth of the blue.

I also think you should use more of the yellow on the model A gem here or there or a redo of the eyes would help break up the colours a bit more.

This sounds like a lot of negative but I think it i a great little model that is painted well above table top standard already. A great place to start from.
