I was looking at using mostly Grey Knights in the army, trying to minimize henchmen and all that. What would dakka recommend to get me to 500? I have about 15 of the old GKs with halberds to start. Throwing in some psycannons+some miscellaneus upgrades, upgrading to your HQ to a Grandmaster and adding in the Vindicare will probably push up to 750, actually.

You've got a pretty good start already with what you've got.
