Warhammer Beastmen Model Question

I've been looking for a model to use as a battle standard bearer in the Beastmen army i'm starting. So far all I've been able to figure out is that GW doesn't carry a model to represent one. If anyone has ideas, thoughts or wants to post their conversions, please do! I really have no idea where to go with this, so any and all help is appreciated!
