				<title>Saint Celestine</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ How do you deal with Saint Celestine? The more I use her, the more I feel like she is incredibly broken, like beyond any Blood Angels Character broken.<br /> <br /> Would you dedicate some fire towards her and hope she doesn't get up the next turn?<br /> Ignore her completely knowing it is wasted effort?<br /> Ensure you take a "remove from play" ability in all of your lists and hope for the best?<br /> <br /> Tactically I have just been B-lining her straight into the enemy ranks with little or no support and it seems to work out great. I suppose her biggest bane would be a walker or large unit that had no way of killing her in a single round. <br /> <br /> Thoughts?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Is she still T3 or T4? <br /> <br /> Most walkers run the risk of squishing her only to have her pop back up on a 4+ and contest an objective again.<br /> <br /> Ignore her at the start of the game and mid game.  Kill or tarpit her at the end of the game.  If she's not in a tarpit and the sob player goes 2nd then there is nothing that can be done about her if she pops back up on a 4+ to contest an objective.  The best way to handle her in an objective based game is to give the sob player 1st turn, which is a tough sell to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(27);'>DE</span> or an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(69);'>IG</span> leafblower list.  <br /> <br /> For all the QQ we heard coming out of sisters players they sure do have a potentially nasty and competitive list at 1,500 to 1750.]]></description>

Then you have a 50% change of her popping up and contesting an objective right on the sisters turn right before the game ends.  In a 2 objective capture and control game a 50% chance of losing the objective on your side of the table=50% chance of disaster.  Going 1st is a terrible option, and both sides should be trying to go 2nd.]]></description>
