Njal's nice, but he's a tad too expensive for this bracket, IMHO. Unless you're really set on him, drop him and use the savings to buy two vanilla Rune Priests. Give both of the Priests Choosers of the Slain, and one of them melta bombs to satisfy the wargear requirements.

Is there any particular reason why your Long Fang packs have only 5 men in them? With your remaining points I'd give the scouts a plasma pistol, meltabombs or their own WGPL so they aren't relying on a single BS4 melta shot, whilst I'd drop at least one of your Grey Hunters meltas to flamers or plasma; you really don't need that many melta guns at 1500pts in most environments.
Finally, make 2 rhinos dedicated transports for the Long Fangs; aiding you in DoW games.
