The step by step I found on Brushthralls shows the Carnivean's torso as one big lump, mine comes in two halves. It also has sort of hemispheres on the shoulders, which look like they are supposed to slot into the arms. But the carnivean's arms have square tab things that look like they're supposed to go into a square hole bit. Argh.

Unfortunately, it wasn't salvageable with greenstuff and pinning, the tabs on the torso are "outies" and they are large and spherical, and the tabs on the arms are "outies" too, so they just absolutely don't fit.
I contacted privateer press and got a new torso sent in the post. Which is fine.
But tonight I picked up a Teraph, and it was missing a leg. I swapped it in the shop for a seraph because I want something legion-y to paint this weekend, but it's a bit of a bummer! Wondering if packing issues are becoming more common? Warmahordes has really jumped in popularity since MK II and the current 40k/WHFB shenanigans with price hikes and finecast. With all these new players jumping ship, the demand spiked along with the release of new models, new cards for MK II, Wrath and Domination all in one year, they are really struggling to keep up.

Give it some time, be patient, and send in requests for errors in packing.
