I came across a fan-made codex called Codex: Insurgency about one year ago. Seeing its potential, my forum friends at Boot Camp decided to improve upon this codex. The project had been discontinued a long time ago due to time constraints but we would like to resurrect it. I'd hope to enlist your help for play-testing/opinions/ideas/everything.
