Idea of starting a wargaming club

I am just posting this to bounce some ideas around. I had an idea of starting a small wargaming club. The idea is pretty simple. You would pay a membership fee of like 50$ and in return you can buy wargaming products at a discount at the club ( may be liek ino 30% or something). In addition there is obviously a game room and etc that all game club have and a normal store front. Of course it will start small in like some office place. This is just a very rough idea. If you are around the s.f bay are please post that you are from that area so i can have an idea of the demographics. My goal is start a club with a normal store and wargmaing and etc. Thank you for all your help. XD

Maybe look into the other stores around the Bay Area and see what works for them. Endgame, Black Diamond Games, and Gamescape North are some good ones.
