I'd avoid Wraithguard if I was you, they're very expensive £-wise and only okay in a gameplay sense. With Eldar you can never go wrong with Wave Serpents, Dire Avengers, Farseers, Fire Prisms or Fire Dragons though. IMO its best to get a bit of everything, so you dont have to paint tonnes of the same stuff at the same time. I'd maybe start with 1 Wave Serpent, 1 box of Dire Avengers and a Farseer, it will give you a nice selection of stuff to paint. Then you can either add another DA/Vehicle squad if you like them, or maybe brance out to try Guardians or Pathfinders.

The only reason I suggested DA's first is that they're the best all-rounder's.
