When I asked if it was necessary to replace the whole order, as I wasn't trying to scam freebies from them, they said yes, as it wasn't worth just casting a couple of bits. Everytime I had an issue and talked to them, the issue was resolved quickly. I never received any kind of e-mail confirmation for replacement parts. I wouldn't sweat not getting an e-mail.
