Like most people I paint from a regular office chair, hunched over my work surface with no back support at all. I've been thinking about switching to a kneeling chair (they can be bought for less than 100 dollars these days whereas they used to cost upwards of 200.)

I did like it, but after a few hours I had to get up, return blood flow to my ankles and let me lower back stretch out.
