HQ I believe, you either need to make them both one school or bring a second HQ. A second Lancetek might not be a bad idea for some additional AT.

How are you dividing up the Warriors and the Ark? Ark drops off the 9 on one objective, follows the other 16?

Monolith doesn't seem like it'd be doing too much, I'd be more inclined to replace it with some Praetorians or Destroyers. Maybe a second Ark as well, rearranging your Warrior squads to accomodate it.

I really should look into the barges, but the ghost arks were a pain to put together them selves

Definitely Drop Monolith, and drop one or two whips on wraiths for beamers. They kill MCs making life easier.

Less Scarabs more Spyders ... 1 squad of Scarabs with two spiders works well as a tar-pit. Start them small and build them up for 3 points.
