I'm really irritated because they didn't mention this in the item description or I wouldn't have bought it.

I've tried twisting them but I think the whole front quarter could snap if I force it. I'll try leaving it in the fridge overnight as some of you mentioned in the hope that it's superglue otherwise I'll get some of the acetone free nail polish.
