Imperial Defence Laser (Cities of death?)

At the gaming club I go to we are starting on a cities of death board. Now "normal" buildings can get a bit old (too many in a small area).
So what about a defence laser ( DATA SHEET ).
It doesn't have to be exactly like that. I fact I was thinking about building some kind of fortress but i would have a defence laser in the middle.
Images will be up as soon as I get started.
Any help or suggestions will be very helpful (seeing as its not going to follow those rules exactly it will need its own data sheet).
Thanks,
Egalogalis
