Firebelly and Butcher (preferably slaughtermaster) are decent casters, with amazing stats for a caster. Most list I see are lead by a Slaughter master over a tyrant (field the tyrant as a bruiser). Magic is important, and Lore:Great Maw is really good. The firebelly is only a lvl1, but his Lore:Fire and Firebreath are so worth it. If you want to get more do so, ogre casters are awesome.

Bulls are just great, they are core for you, and would be special or rare for any other army. They Smash, press, flatten, cut, and don't die easily. My personal preference is to equip them with ironfists, since sometimes I prefer the extra armor, but you do save some points by going 2 handweapons, and lose very little.

Gnoblar Fighters are an excellent screen, they absorb wounds cheaply.

Ironguts are a ton of fun, but they cost a lot more. They are probably best with great weapons, but the argument could be made for Ironfists if you really want to make them a dead hard centerpush unit. Also they are usually the best place to put heroes.

Beyond that, the mournfang cavalry is amazing, easily the toughest cavalry going (barring heroes and lords), they are a bit expensive, but they make things dead.

I haven't had a chance to try the new stonetusks or thundertusks yet, but they seem really good, but I can't justify the expense at this juncture.

Leadbeltchers are fun if you are good at cannons, if not they are as dangerous to you as they are to your opponent. They are your only real dedicated ranged unit, and they, more so than most ogres, hit like a ton of bricks. I generally use them to protect flanks while my Ironguts+bruiser lead a push through the middle.

Keep in mind that I am not great at WHFB, I am just going off of what I use. My own tactics are thought by my friends rather odd, and I lose more than I win. Also Dwarven thunderers, FEAR THEM. I would reccomend you build what you said in your list(6 bulls, 4 IGs, 4 Leadbeltchers) Bulls should have Ironfists. IGs and Bulls should have full command.

Then I would reccomend you get a new Battalion. That will give you 6 more bulls, 6 more IGs, and 4 bodies. Make 2 into Leadbeltchers and use the 2 extra bodies to make a Butcher and a BSB.

For your Heroes, you want a Firebelly or Butcher (if you have no Slaughtermaster) and a Bruiser as your BSB.

You want to put another six Ogres in your Bulls and Ironguts units.

For your Specials, take Leadbelchers and Mournfang Cavalry.

Mournfangs and ironblaster are worth their weight in gold and I'm talkingweight as in how much they weigh in fluff terms.

More bulls some more IG.
