Its happening a lot recently in batreps and many reps do it.
The "sweep" from left to right (or who knows where) dosent add anything for the rep or the coherency.

It is bad. I played the old codex with all its idiosyncrasies but always felt that if I played well there was underlying power in the units. The Jacobus Bomb has that feeling, but the rest of the army just plays so flat. It is a book of 12 point power armored bolters and very little else...

Okay I am exaggerating, Exorcists are overall good and the revamped Dominions (even with the Immolator nerf) are good.
