If they're guided, they can reliably kill one <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 11 vehicle per turn.<br /> <br /> <br /> Are you sure this list is lacking anti tank? I have 10 Scatter Lasers with 4 of them being Twin Linked, and I can put out at 8 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>STR</span> 8 shots a turn from 48".  2 squads of 5 fire dragons seems like enough, and what if I run into horde orks or some other army? I know mech is the current meta, but something thats a bit different could totally screw me over. Do you really think it needs more.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ you have plenty of anti-transport, which will shut down a lot of the razor spam lists, but against chimera lists or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> predator heavy lists, or even the necron lists with av13, your only reliable weapons are your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 8 guns or your melta guns. I'm just saying against lists packing more heavy armor, your in serious trouble.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I generally prefer to put <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(461);'>EML</span> on my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> serpents, and Scatter lasers on my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(464);'>FD</span> serpents. I also prefer Prisms to Falcons, and am not a personal fan of Vypers.<br /> <br /> That being said, your list looks fine to me. I have some different preferences, but your list seems like it will do fine. <br /> <br /> Please let us know how it goes!]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Definitely a very solid list, the 3rd unit of Dragons is the only thing missing but something you have to cut to get down to 1750pts. My biggest concern is the lack of Spirit Stones on the Dragons Serpents (you can get away with not having them on the rest of the vehicles) but I'm not sure where you can get the 20pts you need for it.<br /> <br /> Other than another Dragon unit (which you really can't afford sadly) my main suggestion would be to swap the weapons of the Vypers and Walkers around. The Walkers are clearly going to be hiding behind your wall of skimmers as far from the enemy as possible (since they can't outrun them once people start closing) and getting cover they will also last much longer than the Vypers. The Vypers are more suited to moving around in front of your army, blocking movement and getting side shots, where the multi shot S6 from the Scatter tends to be more reliable than the single S8 from the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(461);'>EML</span>. They also tend to die much faster either way. Again you need a few points to do this though and its hard to find the points (unless you cut a Vyper or something).<br /> <br /> This list will do fine against Necrons <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span>, you outrange them easily and you only have to get a single pen through and then you can finish things off with S6. Against Chimeras and Predators you use your mobility advantage and their long chassis to get side shots. Obviously another unit of Dragons would be nice, but this is 1750 not 2000 and what he has will get the job done as long as he prioritizes with the Dragons. You actually have to be careful not to push things too far towards S8 shooting otherwise you end up being short on S6 shooting, which is what chews through infantry and light vehicles (which show up far more than heavy armour).]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Wait, Spirit Stones are 10 points?.....For the record I haven't played my Eldar in like 3 months(distracted with Necrons <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span>) and don't have my codex on me. I made this list at my college campus and made the it adding 15 points per spirit stones. I'll edit the main list, but assume that one of the dragon serpents has spirit stones. I feel quite silly.<br /> <br /> The best advice is finding out people agree with you! Falcon v. Prism is an eternal debate. I like getting 3 str8 shots and a transport capacity, but that's just me. I used to be in love with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(461);'>EML</span>'s, but after seeing data that proves Scatter Laser&gt;EML against armor 11 and 10, I've been converted. If I have to go against imperial guard, I can use my mobility to get side shots against mass AV12. Not to mention that I have Eldrad going around being awesome. He'll be in falcon in the back <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(17);'>btw</span>.<br /> <br /> As for Vypers v. War Walkers, that's a tough one. I get what you're saying about the vypers being more maneuverable,  but they're to fragile to be put out there with the side shots. <br /> I mainly want them to help cover my flanks. In order to benefit from Guide, I'll need to keep my Falcons/War Walkers close together. My experiences have usually seen me use putting these things on one side. There damage out put might be minimal, but they help me already spread out for the last turn &quot;Eldar shuffle.&quot;<br /> <br /> <br /> Not to mention that Vypers make AMAZING bait units. Seriously, everyone seems to hate these guys like so much.<br /> ]]></description>

And maybe they are fine. They do become a lower priority with the walkers also there. 				<description><![CDATA[ Yeah Spirit Stones are only 10pts.<br /> <br /> I far prefer Falcons to Prisms now, Holos are amazing on a transport and the single weapon of the Prism is just a liability. Many people like the Prism in pairs to get the linked shot, but I never really found much use for it <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(325);'>tbh</span> (almost always better to fire 2 S9 shots). Certainly given a choice of a single Prism or a single Falcon the Falcon should always win, and once you decide to take 2 Falcons the Prism isn't really an instant pick with War Walkers or a Nightspinner also options.<br /> <br /> Vypers are always going to be flying killpoints, even with a nice 48" range weapon to sit back and snipe with the second something can be bothered to shoot at them its going to die. Walkers at least aren't open topped and can easily get cover standing behind a wall of skimmers (whereas the Vyper would just be completely blocked or completely visible, its hard to partially cover them). They are great bait units as you mention, I push mine out in front of my army, park in front of Land Raiders (stops them moving up for a turn, which is incredibly valuable), get people to waste shots on it (rather than your Serpents) or even assault it, park in positions where they will explode all over horde units if they die and generally cause as much disruption as possible.<br /> <br /> An Autarch would be nice, but its really hard to afford one at this level. Cutting a single Vyper isn't quite enough to afford him, particularly since you at least want to give him a Fusion Gun so he can actually do something. The easiest way to get one would be to change Eldrad to a standard Farseer + an Autarch, which works out almost perfectly points wise, but its hard to say whether it makes the list any better.<br /> <br /> Regarding Scatter Lasers, as a general rule for working out weapon damage as long as you can still get a pen result (i.e you don't need 7's) then as a general rule firing more lower S shots is better than single shots which pen easier. The issue is AV12-13, which has been on the rise since the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> codex (Dreads, Storm Raven) and is just going to keep showing up in increasing amounts with Necrons and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(305);'>GK</span> Dreads.]]></description>
