I made sure to give them a lot more gear than my normal guardsmen so they look like they could operate independantly of the main force. The only downside to the old sentinel pilot heads is that they all look very similar, not much I can do there.

The thing with having a bright coloured base it that it draws the attention away from the modles and onto the base. Because your models are styled to be dark, the base draws away from the models even more.

Please repaint the base, but other than that, amazing work!

wide angle lens (that's why its so distorted) at a high aperture (f/11 or f/16) to keep as much of the army in focus as possible.
