I recently got the Blood Angels codex, and am trying to figure out how I can make a Blood Ravens army that fits in with the post DoW II: Retribution background. My idea was to use sternguard to represent veteran tac squads and then have assault squads and scouts for troops. Here is my list that I'm thinking about. Its 2500 points.

What are your thoughts on this list? My thoughts when looking at it are perhaps dropping the power fists to save a lot of points and put them elsewhere. Perhaps dropping a sternguard squad as the three squads take up half the points.
