You want to put your Overlord in the big Warrior squad so they're benefiting from the Orb and Phaeron, while the chump squads support and go for objectives. The Heavy Destroyers shoot holes in tanks, the standard Destroyers function as ablative Wounds. Monoliths (ideally) soak fire and give your Warriors mobility (portal) while dishing out some return fire. I couldn't find a good way to make the Destroyer Lord and C'Tan mesh well with this list, sorry.
