I'd pick either DoA or Mech as a theme and try to stick with it. You see, having a mix lowers the effectiveness of your army.

Under Mech:
1 storm raven
1 furioso
2 baal preds
3 rhinos
30 assault marines - JP available
mephiston
3 sang priests.

Under DOA:
Dante
10 sang guard
10 DC
Lemartes

As you can see, you've got the beginnings a good mech list, but at 2500 you'll need a lot more to flesh it out.

I'd suggest something like this:

2 storm ravens
2 furioso
3 baal preds
3 Razorbacks
1 Rhino
1 Pred
3 x 5 assault marines
3 x10 assault marines
3 sang priests

I've not got my codex with me (and I've never written a list this big before for BA) so this is a bit of a guess, but I'd say that was about 2500. As you can see I've put stormravens in. If you have one, you really need to have 2. you see, they just deliver too much damage to be left alone. Hence 1 SR rarely survives the turn it comes in, but 2 provides target saturation.

If you don't feel like painting another SR, then I'd go with AV 13 spam completely. This'd probably be a better list anyway, but it involved buying more models.

Then I'd suggest going with something like:
3 Baal Preds
3 Preds
6 Razorbacks
6 x 5 men Assault Squads
6 sang priests
Mephiston

This is probably 2500 as well, if you've got the points, then you could throw in a squad of Sang Guard or a furioso dread or however you like really. Maybe even JP melta honour guard or something else to fill a weakness (which is going to be high armour save MEQ btw (I think)).
I've not mentioned wargear, but it should be fairly obvious. I'd personally run the assault squads with a melta and either a fist for anti-vehicle or a sword for init 5. I'd take the priests plain, assault cannons on the razorbacksand the baals. Autocannons on the preds (maybe las if you've got the points or feel like it, but las are expensive). Mephy just jumps along behind cover of your parking lot.
