So hello and all that gubbins, I'm Alex and I've been a 40k and LOTR player for just under ten years (with a few years gap between stopping and my recent restart). I decided to take up the hobby again simply because I enjoyed it so much all those years ago, and I've now reached the stage where I don't give a toss what people's opinions of me are. I did have a bit of a ceremonial burial for all my old, rather badly painted models, and whilst keeping a few for the sake of sentiment, I have started afresh with a lovely set of Orks.

Being a very fond converter, it made sense for me to do Greenskins more than any other, as the spectrum for unique and exciting Orks is much greater than any other army. Either that or just a hell of a lot easier.

So I bring with me my Kult known as the Paleskinz, led by Boss Skrapteef Ug Uznaa and Wurrsnaga Ug Uznaa. As of the moment there aren't many of them, but hopefully by the end of the day I can add ten more Shoota Boyz to the mix.

I suggest staring a P&M Blog here on Dakka!
It really gets you motivated to finish some minis! I Have also recently started an Ork army, and I am pleased to say there is massive potential for conversions, especially in vehicles. \

At the moment I'm working on an Eldar War Walker that's had a Mek change it into a Deff Dread (naturally). So far he's got a Kustom Mega Blasta, a Dreadnought Close Combat Weapon, and plenty of other Orky gubbins.
