That's a whopping $75,000. Not much.
I mean, how much did the author get paid on this? How much were printing costs? I'm not seeing much, if any, profit in this book for them.
It seems a ridiculous way to do business.

I secured a copy thankfully. Tho it was a close call. After placing my initial order... and I kid you not my order # was "Order: 1"... I did not receive an email confirmation for the order nor did it appear in My Account orders. I promptly made second order and all looks to be proper.
