eKreoss tier list is very good and really gets you to learn how to use troops. The inability to take a choir and gain his tier bonuses means the jacks are less effective. Also, you can only take the Mechanik, and not the VoM, so your jacks are also less effective...So, it seems that you can either take an eKreoss tier list, or you can take an eKreoss jack list, but not both in the same list.
