I've been in and out of MWG for around 7 years now. My first experience in the GW hobby was when my neighbors were playing a gaming of LoTR Fantasy in there Garage.

I haven't been a serious collector/gamer as I have just been buying bits and bobs every now and again to give me something to build.

The first major 40k army I got was Space Marines, but after being away from the scene for a couple of years, my mom got rid of the models
It was around 1500 points worth of models :(

I'm looking to get back into the hobby again after playing the DoW games again as well as reading some of the books (Space Wolves Omnibus and Victories of the Space Marines).

As you can probably tell by my Avatar, I am going to be playing as Fire Hawk Space Marines. So when I next visit GW I'm gonna pick myself up a squad of battle brothers and a commander model.

I was looking through my little Brothers bits box to see if I had any SM or IG guys left over and I was pleased with what I found!

1 Space Marine Sergeant.
3 Space Marine Scounts.
1 Space Marine Terminator.
1 Space Marine Soldier (albeit missing his back pack).
5 Imperial Guardsmen.

The Marines must have been from the AoBR set I bought with my Brother a few years ago.

The majority of them were unpainted so I'll get them painted up in Fire Hawks colors during the week and post them here. (I'm not a very good painter )

Also, loving the Orky emoticons.
