Its not an exchange. You show it, the retailer puts a "little 2nd edition Vet" sticker in it and Bob's-your-uncle - new mini rulebook is handed over, you retain your old rulebook.

Totally agree on the casting. Some infantry models are better representations of mutants than soldiers, particularly faces. Why most of undersides of their tanks/turrets are so fethed up is beyond me.
