Last time around, I took this. I knew Vect was a waste of points, but I figured I'd do alright. Long story short, my area simply has too much mech. That many Venoms were complete overkill. I realized I needed a much better balance. Solution? Buy a 3rd Raider and use the 30 Wyches I have laying around.
