I'm new to this forum and the game. I want to have the warcaster Vladimir, and I want two armies (15 and 25 pts.). Can anyone give a good advice on to army lists?

Which Vladimir are you referring to? The Dark Prince (pVlad), or The Dark Champion (eVlad)? play the game at all ranges. drago can tear up most heavies with ease, especially with vlad thanks to the affinity. widowmakers can hurt anything, and once your enemy commits, your WGI can mop up infantry with high RAT sprays, high POW CRA's or hit a heavy hard with a POW 20 CRA.

expanding to 25:

max out the winterguard
add 3 rocketeers
add the greatbears.
